The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10612 of 2019 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 769 of 2019 for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has consumed liquor and abused the informant in inebriated condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2019.

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise , Patna in connection with Special Case No. 10612 of 2019 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 769 of 2019.
