JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 31.03.2014 (Annexure-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that six witnesses have already been examined and four witnesses are yet to be examined. He further submits that after six months of examination of witnesses no witness has been examined so far. Hence, the trial Court is directed to take coercive steps against the witnesses through the Superintendent of Police, Purnia for ensuring the attendance of the witnesses and if the process is issued and the Superintendent of Police, Purnia is not respected then the trial Court shall proceed in accordance with law against the authority concerned so that the case be disposed of within six months. However, it is made clear that if the order is not complied with then the authority shall be held responsible.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13597 of 2015 (3) dt.10-08-2015 Let a copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned as well as the Superintendent of Police, Purnia through FAX by the Office of this Court.
