JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and one Munilal but there is no injury report on record.

It has further been submitted that the parties are at loggerheads with respect to a plot of land over which they have staked their respective claims. The informant appears to have purchased a plot of land from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13445 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 somebody who did not have the title to sell that property. There is a 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding also pending against the parties.

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
