The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 668 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 420 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he shot fired on the chest of the informant and there is no explanation of injury.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
