Patna High Court CWJC No.652 of 2025(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 implead the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Govt.of Bihar, Patna as respondent No.10 in course of the day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during pendency of this writ application the election of the PACS in question has been concluded and the petitioner has the remedy to move before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Govt.of Bihar, Patna. If the petitioner files the election petition before the respondent No.10 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the respondent No.10 is directed to hear the matter and after hearing all concerned, dispose of the election petition of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of filing of the election petition.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed.
