The petitioners are languishing in custody since 02.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners were apprehended with stolen motorcycle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that none have claimed the alleged motorcycle and investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10044 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2 / 2 Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 354 of 2014.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are accused in three other cases apart from the present one, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners if they default for two consecutive occasions or get substantially involved in some serious nature of offence.
