JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and some others were caught by the informant on the next day of the alleged occurrence and they were produced before the police along with two motorcycles but the stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it is submitted that petitioner is a mechanic and customers used to hand over their vehicles to him for repairing. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7638 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram Town P.S.Case No. 1253 of 2015.
