Parbat, learned senior counsel duly assisted by Mr. Praveen Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that despite his best effort, he could not receive any instruction at the end of the petitioners and as such, he is not in a position to apprise this Court with regard to the factual position as to whether the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed or not.
2. Learned counsel for the State referring to the statement made in the show cause affidavit submits that the claim of the petitioners was duly considered and the same has been negated by the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.
3. In view thereof, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
4. It is needless to observe, if the petitioners feel aggrieved by the action/order of the State officials, they have remedy available under the law to approach before the appropriate forum or authority.
