Petitioner no.2 Sigeswar Kewat @ Singeswar Kewat apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.351 of 2020 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12695 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 politics. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 10 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
