JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and after that the shop of the petitioner was raided and some ornaments were seized but from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that the aforesaid seized articles were not put on Test Identification Parade nor the investigating officer succeeded to collect the evidence to show that seized articles were stolen property.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5411 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015.
