The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., these two petitioners alongwith one coaccused Usha Kumari caught hairs of informant and caused injury on her head. It is further alleged that when mother of informant came to save informant, she was also assaulted by first and slaps.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there was quarrel between the parties over a petty issue. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3474 of 2023(3) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
