The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.163 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(1)(a)(b) (d) and (e) of Animal Cruelty Prevention Act.

Considering the reasons assigned in the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75695 of 2018 as contained in Annexure-3 to this application whereby co-accused Sajjad Quaresi has already been granted pre-arrest bail, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3557 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.163 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
