The petitioner and others are said to have assemble for making preparation of committing dacoity and on search, one cartridge is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warisnagar P.S.
