Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 registered under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after three days of the alleged occurrence. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties as is evident from Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019.
