The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar Jha, the petitioner has been remanded in this case on 11.11.2019 and since then he is in custody.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has been named in the confessional statement of the co-accused Rahul Kumar Jha, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1038 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magisrate-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
