The petitioner has been arrested in connection with POCSO Case No. 1 of 2015 arising out of Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 registered under Sections 377 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of POCSO Act. A report has been received. From the report, it is apparent that case will be disposed of within six months. Having regard to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial for taking coercive steps for attendance of the witnesses. m.p.
