JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and several other accused, are said to have assaulted the deceased by fist and slaps, but in postmortem examination, neither any external nor any internal injury was found on the person of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 256 of 2011 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya.
