Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present application is covered by the decision of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3871 of 2017 dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.883 of 2016 and decision of Division Bench passed in L.P.A. No.1968 of 2016. In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed of with the direction to the Director, Mass Education, Govt. of Bihar to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and extend similar benefits which was extended to similarly circumstances other employees of non-formal education.
