The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of Indian Penal Code was added. It is alleged that informant was apprehended by Anil Singh, Vinod Singh @ Tuntun Singh, Bijendra @ Chotu Kumar, Bittu Kumar, Barmeshwar Singh and younger son of Binod Singh and they surrounded the car with variously arms and started indiscriminate firing by which Chandan Kumar, Chintoo Kumar and Md. Faizal were badly injured by fire arms and later on succumb to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner except there is general and omnibus allegation against him and there is allegation of firing against Anil Singh and Vinod Singh @ Tuntun Singh.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16829 of 2015 (4) dt.17-08-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner shall file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a month for one year. Further condition that petitioner shall not intimidate to any witnesses and if any such indulgence shall reported against the petitioner then bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancel by the trial court. m.p.
