He is seeking a direction to the respondent not to release fund to the Secretary, Managing Committee of the said College.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3735 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 On plain reading of the writ application, it seems that there is a dispute among the individuals running the College. The petitioner is said to have approached the authorities in this regard and my attention has been drawn to the letter dated 24.11.2016, issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, addressed to one Ramdular Prasad, as Principal of the same college.
It will be open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the authority concerned. The nature of relief, as sought in the present writ application, cannot be granted. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
