JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 1.11.2014 and 5.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came and started abusing the informant when the brother of the informant pacified the issue. Subsequently, the wife of Bahadur Sah came and started abusing and on protest being made, all the accused persons variously armed surrounded the son of the informant when co accused Sushil sah and Santosh Sah pierced knife on the chest of the informant's son who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

No.11305 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are members of the mob and specific accusation of assaulting the victim is against Sushil and Santosh. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.
