JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 In this case earlier notice issued to the opposite party no.2 and report of Process Server disclosed that same has been received by father of the opposite party No.2 thereafter a petition has filed showing the jointness between opposite party No.2 and her father and there is no conflict between them. In such view of the matter the same is accepted. Case is under Section 498A of the IPC with an allegation of demand of Rs.50,000/- and one motorcycle and for that tortured the complainant and ousted her from house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to lodging of the complaint petition on 26.2.2016 a case has been filed by the father of the petitioner against one

Heard both sides. In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.1413 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
