2. The petitioner apprehend arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 108 of BNS. 3 . Petitioner is step father-in -law of the informant and it is alleged that due to torture committed by all the accused persons, husband of the informant committed suicide .
4. Petitioner is step father-in -law of the informant. He is simply victim of over implications. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with deceased and her family affairs. As a matter of fact, there was some dispute for land between husband of informant ( deceased ), informant and his elder brother namely Navnit Kumar and other family
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2707 of 2026(2) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 members, due to which informant left her matrimonial house and went to parental house and thereafter, husband of informant ( deceased ) became upset and out of frustration , deceased committed suicide . Petitioner claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM - I (West ) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 335 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
