2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 47 of 2008 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

No.4941 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and also the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satendra Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2002) 10 SCC 51.
