There is general allegation of assault against the petitioner and other accused but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. It is also pointed out that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Rajendra Rai has already been granted privileged of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
