The appellant has statutory alternative remedy before the concerned authority. The learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition, it is observed as 'I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file petition, if so advised, before the Circle Officer

Insofar as observation of the learned Single Judge, we do not find any merit in the writ petition is concerned, it would not be a hurdle for the appellant to agitate his right in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions before the concerned authority or appropriate forum.

2. To the above extent, present LPA No. 14 of 2022 stands disposed of.
