The petitioner is not named but his name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. case No.109 of 2006.
