The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2015, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 341 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged that a country made loaded pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the seizure list has not been prepared in the presence of the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has been languishing in jail custody since 23.08.2015, let the petitioner above named be released on bail let
