The petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.01.2015, 15.01.2015, 30.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of robbing the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that neither the petitioners have been put on Test Identification Parade nor any recovery has been made from the petitioners, statement to this effect have been made at paragraphs 8 and 12 of the petition. A statement has also been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13564 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No.39 of 2010.
