JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 29-06-2015 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 16.04.2014/19.04.2014 passed in G.R. Case No. 3471 of 2013 (Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013) by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna whereby after taking cognizance under Sections 498A, 323, 354 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of
