The petitioner in this writ petition prayed for a direction to the Collector, West Champaran to dispose of the Revenue Revision Case No.96 of 2010-11 since the same is pending for last eight years.

Mr. Mukul Prasad, A.C. to G.P.18 submits that the Collector, West Champaran is duty bound to dispose of the Revenue Revision Case No.96 of 2010-11.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that Revenue Revision Case No.96 of 2010-11, which is pending for last seven years before the Collector, West Champaran, the Collector, West Champaran is directed to dispose of the case within three months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
