The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 216 (A) and 225 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is that arms and ammunitions have been recovered from the house of the husband of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is a lady and wife of co-accused Sanjay Paswan and she has no knowledge about the arms and ammunitions kept on the Chhaza of the room of the petitioner. She has no criminal antecedents and she is mother of three children. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawadah in Sirdala (Meskaur) P. S. Case no. 5 of 2015 with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6657 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 following conditions :
1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3.
The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned. (Amaresh Kumar Lal, J) sudip/- U T
