====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 16.03.2018 by which the argument of the petitioner was closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.08.2017, the petitioner-defendant adduced his evidence and the court below has committed error of records stating in the order that the case is running for argument of the defendant since 08.08.2017. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this civil miscellaneous petition with a direction to the learned Sub Judge II, Buxar to allow the petitioner to finish his argument on two consecutive dates.
