Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for making fire and claimed to have identified the accused persons. It is submitted that the present case was lodged on 6/.6.2014 but the petitioner was in jail since 28.8.2013 in connection with Maranchi P.S.Case No.75 of 2013. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Maranchi P.S.Case No.38 of 2014.
