It appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner and some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 12.8.2015, but police did not arrange the Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
