JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a teacher and allegation against him is of assault to his fellow teacher by rod.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has taken place. Moreover, now the parties have compromised the dispute. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1200 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
