JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 04-05-2023 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.273 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4019 of 2023(2) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the facts that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and no specific overt act is alleged against them.
