The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Seven stolen mobiles were recovered from the shop of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner runs a mobile shop and co-accused Rajkana gave him for selling those mobiles. A statement has been made in para 11 of the petition that neither the recovered mobile nor the petitioner has been put on TIP.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10024 of 2015 (02) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2014.
