The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 342, 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 13, 16B, 18, 19 and 20 of the U.P.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge,
