The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 121A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act The informant got information that the school building was damaged by some naxalites. The informant came to know about the participation of the petitioner in damaging the school building.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judge, Jamui, in connection with UAP Case No.21 of 2015 arising out of Sono (Charkapathar) P.S.Case No.87 of 2013.
