JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1027 of 2018 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 815 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. Allegation as per the FIR is of recovery of 45 liters of foreign liquor form the joint house of the petitioner and one Praduman Kumar and the petitioner succeeded in fleeing away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery is from the joint house of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
