Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has looted the motorcycle on the gun point.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. He is in custody since 20.06.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP.

Case No. 106 of 2019.
