The petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 38 of 2015 whereby the application for discharge of the petitioner for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code has been rejected.

No good ground has been made out in the petition to interfere with the order refusing to discharge the petitioner.

If the trial of the petitioner has not concluded, the trial court is directed to conclude the same as early
