JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard Mr. Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.62 of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is of drawing cheques in respect of accounts which not only had insufficient funds but also belongs to a different person. No cause for indulgence is made out in the prayer for anticipatory bail and this application is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the Court below on its own merits and without being prejudiced by the present order.
