JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 It appears from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 that necessary payment has been made to the petitioner nos.1 and 2 and for the rest of the petitioners it has been stated in paragraph no.7 of the counter affidavit that arrear of revised pay scale has not been paid to them but the concerned District Magistrates have been directed to pay the said arrears and reminders have been also issued in that regard. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that necessary payment is made to the petitioners as per the statement made in paragraph no.7 of the counter affidavit within a period of two months, if the same has already not been paid.
