The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 173 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 534 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Vikash Kumar Yadav. Vikash Kumar Yadav also disclosed the name of Chandan Yadav who has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30036 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail since 30.01.2014.
