Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 462 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 205, 193, 219, 120(B), 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Kapildev Ram has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.11.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 71503 of 2019.

No.3978 of 2020(2) dt.03-09-2020 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 462 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he has to appear before the I.O. within ten days of his release and co-operate in the investigation.
