2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the lands in question, there are two title suit pending, one is Title Suit No.2 of 2013 and another is Title Suit No.76 of 2013 between the same parties.
3. As such, this Court is not inclined to here the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17299 of 2018(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 present writ petition and the adjudication between the parties shall be the subject matter of result of Title Suit No.2 of 2013 and Title Suit No.76 of 2013.
4. With this observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
