The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364 of the Indian Penal Code and section 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he was taking the children Chhotu Kumar and Vijay Chaudhary for work. It is submitted that the mother of the victims have stated that they were going with consent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya G.R.
