The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation of assault against Arvind Chaudhary who is not before this Court in the present application. It is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4942 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 submitted that against the present petitioners the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case which has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the informant and also that they have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Anjana Mishra, J) Amin/- U
